Audit monthly social security breakdown, including headcount, calculation, policy to ensure the contribution is correct and compliance.
Validate social security data in monthly payroll report.
Assemble data and prepare reports that are necessary to carry out the annual audit project.
Coordinate with Finance team on any data support regarding social security.
Maintain Time and Attendance system to ensure all employees’ overtime and different leave application is captured correct.
Process all time data is recorded in system before payroll processing, including HK and Taiwan.
Audit the overtime, sick leave, unpaid leave application is compliance with regulations.
Validate the overtime and leave reflect in payroll and ensure the payroll result correct.
Work close with Nike Tech team on any system issue.
Answer social security / time-related employee requests and questions with courtesy and service excellence.
Partnership with vendors on employees’ questions to deliver the good service.
Payroll Administration and Vendor Management
Payroll administration on monthly vendor payments to ensure all payments processed on time.
Work close with Finance team on daily payments/invoices issues.
Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English and Chinese.
Minimum 2-years work experience in HR payroll and social security, strong knowledge and operations of social security policy and implementation.
Excellent computer skills; experience with SAP systems a plus.
Extremely organized, accurate, thorough, and adept at problem-solving.
Able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines.
An outstanding communicator and team player who possesses strong interpersonal skills and a passion for service excellence.
