The Incubate Marketing Director executes the marketing strategy focused on the Converse Trailblazer consumer to Elevate and (Re)position Converse at the heart of youth culture.
The Incubate Marketing Manager is responsible for providing insight into China’s “Trailblazer” consumer, sneaker-head community, and youth culture…which will in turn inform Converse’s marketing strategy to Pre-Heat The Marketplace.
To Inform “The Daring Spirit of the Youth Consumer”:
• WHO resonates with China’s youth. (The Right Partners)
• WHAT they are doing. (The Right Events)
• WHERE they are. (The Right Places)
• WHEN they are doing it. (The Right Moments)
The WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN into meaningful insights, disruptive stories, innovative marketing strategies, and standout seeding plans
• Deliver an insider’s POV of our China Trailblazer consumer. Be the eyes and ears on the street.
• Establish, build, nurture, maintain relationships with relevant influencers.
• Develop strong working relationships with our Pinnacle Partners to better integrate Brand message / strategy.
• Deliver a clear China POV on all Incubate Product Launches to align X-Function positioning against the Incubate; oversee all launch
• Drive innovative & on-point seeding plans.
