Provide business partnership and human resource expertise to ND office management teams to ensure the development and effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives in an effort to maximize talent in the organization.
Monitors the pulse and health of the business; assesses systemic organizational needs of the business; creates action plans to address and facilitates change and transition management initiatives
Educate Managers about tools, resources, and partners as to promote self-sufficiency and leadership capabilities
Pro-actively partners with internal customers across different functions and at different levels in order to anticipate and resolve all HR related issues where needed
Forms a strong partnership with internal HR teams working closely with HR Center of Excellence functions to leverage expertise and resources .
Provides insights on functional depth of talent; succession planning; resource forecasting; executive coaching and actively drives talent management initiatives at both store and corporate level
Works alongside Employee Relations and HR Service teams to resolve employee queries and issues as appropriate
At least 6 years HR experience (in-house or firm)
Strong understand of Talent Management best practice, Talent Programmes, HR operations and HR Planning
Experienced with end to end HR project management
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a diverse team across multiple levels and territories
Proactive in dealing with business partners and building internal relationships to leverage support
Result driven, able to handle multi-tasks
Fluency in English
