  • Elevate partner retail capabilities through jointly setting/managing retail KPI, defining incentives to drive right behavior and conducting fleet performance review/action plans
  • Lead the development of role model stores, to demonstrate the comprehensive service & services, efficient retail operation process, premium consumer experience and strong business performance
  • Establish a strong Nike Retail store management team to guide/cooperate with our partners to drive store conversion rate and delivering seamless experience


1. Business Expertise:

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience on retail business and partner management
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business to improve consumer experience and business performance
  • Understand customer financial plans and create inventory strategies that drive Nike and customer profitability

2. Delivering Solutions:

  • Find out the root cause of operations problems through the store visiting
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies/create solutions
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance

3. Team Impact:

  • Explains difficult issues and works to build consensus
  • Makes decisions within guidelines and policies
  • Impacts a range of standard and non-standard customer, operational, process, project or service activities
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and play as a leader to direct the work of other staff /partners
  • Coach and inspire colleagues and build strong and self-motivated team

4. Account Leadership:

  • Business Partnering: can effectively coordinate collaborative business meetings and see outcomes through to completion. Can solicit, monitor, and respond to account feedback. Have a strong understanding and can articulate how Nike and the account can partner in business for mutual advantage
  • Customer Relationship Development: build lasting relationships with their counterparts in assigned accounts. Good at managing expectations, and following through on commitments. Manage conflict and maintain positive relationships in extremely difficult or controversial situations


  • Bachelor’s Degree holder with minimum 5 years with 2 years store management/training experience
  • With a proven track record in retail management, multi store retail operations experience is required
  • Well-organized, detail-minded with good communication skills
  • Familiar with the Retail Operation flow
  • Good team player who can work well independently and able to work under pressure
  • Openness to ideas, able to demonstrate an ability to initiate change and influence other
  • Customer centric, able to work in a fast-paced, embracing change and results-oriented environment
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • 10 – 20 % travel is required
