Energy Merchandising Manager

The Energy Merchandising Manager executes footwear and apparel product plans, direction and strategy focused on the energizing the marketplace. We are looking for a self starter with a strong passion for product (footwear and apparel). Interest in trends and sneaker culture is a must.
This role is responsible for driving the vision within Greater China by working closely with the Marketplace Merchandising, Sales and Digital team across the integrated marketplace.
- To Drive: Disruptive Stories, Meaningful Moments, Deliberate Tiering
- To Strategically Seed: The Right Product , To The Right Consumer, In The Right Places , With The Right Partners (Pinnacle & Best)
- Acts as the pivot across geography functions as well as the bridge from global to geography
- Line planning, which includes pricing and seasonal review of investments
- Develop and communicate the energy plan and assortment strategy to key stakeholders
- Execute Global allocation plans by distribution and in partnership with Geo Sales, Digital and Direct teams, DPIM, and Brand
- Deliver key launch moments according to Global dates . Track and ensure orders and product delivery against the launch calendar
- Drive X-Functional alignment, direction and communication to geography and territory teams
- Deliver premium merchandising / sell-in tools
