Digital GTM Manager (Wholesale Customer Experience Manager)

We are currently recruiting for the position of Digital GTM Manager; this is a permanent position reporting to the Pacific Sales Director. The mission of the Digital GTM Manager is to provide leadership and vision to the Digital GTM team, specializing in eCommerce, Digital Operations and Customer experience; the successful applicant will lead and influence key stakeholders within the Sales team and the wider Nike matrix to deliver innovation and inspiration to Nike Pacific customers.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Management and development of the Wholesale and Customer Experience team to contribute towards the achievement of Nike Pacific business goals
  • Elevate the customer showroom experience to deliver premium, consistent experiences across the seasonal launch timeline
  • Integrate new technologies and leverage digital to elevate customer showroom experiences and drive operational efficiencies
  • Produce and deliver premium category content that delivers high-level seasonal storytelling for the Pacific marketplace
  • Own Nike’s B2B platform, nike.net  
  • Own the sample ordering process and lead the in-season sample management process from receiving to sending through the Sales team
  • Partner with Sales team to setup showrooms for Customer showings
  • Provide a high level of service to Pacific’s Integrated Account Teams through the seasonal selling process
Preference will be given to applicants who have:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferably in a Commerce or Business-related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in either account operations, strategic planning project management, sales, or customer service management
  • Broad knowledge of Digital Operations with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Proven ability to coach and develop employees to achieve goals and meet targets
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Dynamic problem solving abilities
  • Experience working cross functionally and with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
