Understand the vision, direction and culture of Nike Digital Loss Prevention
Protect Nike and consumers from high risk activities through management of loss mitigation processes
Lead investigations, interviews and partner with all LP and security partners for internal and external investigations
Interface with Retail Loss Prevention, Consumer Services, Security, Legal, Internal Audit, Security, vendors, law enforcement agencies, and industry organizations
Maintain knowledge of ecommerce risk trends, schemes, performance drivers, and mitigation tools.
Implement and maintain loss prevention systems and processes. Manage Risk mitigation processes for emerging trends and behaviors via rule analytics and models through third party and/or data scientist.
Responds to escalated loss prevention issues, industry risk alerts, bank alerts and consumer alerts.
Supports product launch processes for mitigation of limit abuse and payment risk
Manage team of loss prevention analysts and resources to detect and mitigate issues and losses
Provide direction and support for staff performance through Nike coaching processes
Manage all work loads, schedules and processes of the Digital LP team. Assist Digital LP Leadership Team in resource planning and budgeting.
Implement and support the management of all third-party risk mitigation tools and vendors
Act as Digital Loss Prevention subject management expert for all business partners, trouble shoot system related issues providing support to all departments
Monitor existing metrics and partnering with internal and external teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
Lead the ongoing management of tools and processes supporting the deployment tracks, establishing scorecard metrics to monitor progress
Support and lead in aligning processes across key cross-functional partners – Supply Chain/Finance/Ops
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or experience in a related field required.
Prior experience retail/or e-commerce risk, or security investigations highly preferred.
2-3 years of experience in broad-based business analytics roles including application of insights to complex business problems, and developing high-impact management and operational reporting.
Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required. Mac/ Keynote skills highly preferred.
Proven ability to turn data into visualized, actionable analysis and metrics – make data tell a compelling story.
Strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to articulate complex business drivers.
Demonstrates patience, integrity and the ability to negotiate effectively and network with internal and external contacts.
Strong management and organization skills.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
