The Asia Brand Merchandising Associate, Kid’s Footwear drives the global Brand vision alignment for the full marketplace and owns consumer insights for the Asia geography. This role elevates Converse by acting as the voice of geographies into Global Merchandising.

 

       Responsible for adopting the Converse Brand Footwear line and leading the geography’s strategy on Best Expressions and segmentation by channel/tier to create relevant differentiation in each market.

       Drives communication related to Consumer Right Assortments (CRAs) to all stakeholders to ensure a consistent premium brand consumer experience

       Aligns & owns local pricing decisions

 

Key Responsibilities:


       Align cross-functionally to represent the brand vision and the geography point of view when completing seasonal Marketplace Capacity & Insights

       Responsible to seek out & serve up marketplace opportunities to Global Merchandising & Key Stakeholders

       Handover geo seasonal strategies and brand modules to Geo Marketplace Merchandising

       Set and align local wholesale and retail pricing

       Drive geography’s adoption of seasonal strategies and modules to ensure financial plans are met

       Adopts & adapts Channel / Tier Assortments & Drives Franchise Position

       Kickoff geography’s product creation process

       Provide input to ensure geography / territory forecasts are well-informed

       Consolidate Marketplace hind sighting & complete geography hind sighting

       Own allocation strategy by channel / tier, ensuring integrity with DTC and Converse.com strategy

       Select footwear Go To Market samples
