Overview :


As our Retail Department Manager (internally called Coach), your mission will be to create an environment that will provide a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing programs to drive business results


Core Accountabilities :


• Manage all daily activities in a specific area of the store (S&R, Dept, area), including selling and service, selecting and developing associates, merchandising and time and business management

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards

• Communicate promotional event information to maximize results of each event

• Identify merchandise issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback

• Supervise, train and develop associates within a designated area

• Assist SM in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience




• A Bachelor's degree and 3 years' retail experience, or 4 years' retail experience in lieu of a degree.

• 1 year Lead or Supervisory experience

• Experience in coaching and counseling employees

• Ability to communicate in English

• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Responsabilités principals

  • Réaliser et maintenir le marchandisage visuel et respecter les normes de vente au détail.


  • Faire part des informations touchant les événements promotionnels afin de maximiser les résultats de chacun des événements.


  • Déterminer les enjeux relatifs à la marchandise, de même que les possibilités selon les ventes et les commentaires des clients.


  • Superviser, former et perfectionner les employés au sein d’un secteur désigné.


  • Collaborer avec le directeur du magasin de manière à offrir une expérience de première qualité aux consommateurs et aux employés.



  • Baccalauréat et trois années d’expérience du secteur de la vente au détail ou quatre années d’expérience du secteur de la vente au détail


  • Une année d’expérience en tant que responsable principal ou superviseur


  • Expérience en tant que formateur et conseiller d’employés


  • Habilité à communiquer en anglais


  • Habilité à travailler les fins de semaine, les soirs et les jours fériés, au besoin
