Digital Commerce Partnerships Manager

We are recruiting for the newly created position of Digital Commerce Partnerships Manager; this is a full-time position, based in Melbourne, reporting to the Pacific Sales Director. The mission of the Digital Commerce Partnerships Manager is to lead and create the vision to serve consumers through distinct and frictionless digital experience with multi-brand strategic partners.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Lead the seasonal planning and preparation process for the Digital wholesale business
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely information and support to territory teams in preparation for key milestones within the Nike CGP process
  • Oversee and support the in-season execution of the digital plans for the GEO through strategic digital accounts
  • Partner with Nike Direct and Digital First teams to identify experiences, assets and tools that could be leveraged with strategic partners
  • Provide leadership and support to digital territory leads in the definition and elevation of online consumer experiences through strategic partners
  • Actively share Digital Commerce Partnerships results with key stakeholders
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and digital territory leads to provide insights on trends and digital opportunities for strategic accounts

Preference will be given to applicants who have:
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in marketplace management, strategic planning and/or digital commerce
  • Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to partner, influence and communicate effectively in a complex matrix environment with multiple business functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail maths and digital business metrics, coupled with the ability to interpret sales and analytics data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business
  • Solid MS Office skills, proficiency in Excel
