Assistant Retail operation manager- New store opening

Shanghai, China, China

Key Duties:

l  Manage store openings, store closing, remodels and pop up projects from plan review to opening to ensure adherence to standards, budgets and timelines

l  Develop the new store openings support toolkit. Ensure consistent tools and systems are implemented in each project.

l  Own operational plan review for new stores and remodels from turn-over to post-opening support

l  Communicate and corporate with cross-functional partners for achieving every projects’milestone by deadline. Influence the management of each project by actively being involved in key meetings.

l  Develop training programs and toolkit for GO manager. so that the openings GO manager can deliver operational excellence to the new store set up process.


Essential Requirement

l  Bachelor or above

l  At least 3-5 years ‘direct experience of store opening, project management. in retail industry, preferred to have experience in retail sales & operation

l  Good communication and organization skills with both, internal and external stakeholders

l  Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment

l  Strong ownership spirit, results oriented and problem-solving.

l  Ability to work independently under pressure

l  Comprehensive understanding of operational processes

l  Speaking and writing English fluently
