We at NIKE Canada are currently looking for an exceptionally talented Account Sales Representative to join our Wholesale Account team in Calgary, Alberta.

As our Account Sales Rep, you will be responsible for leading, driving and achieving business results for Nike Canada and Channel partner & also develop and implement holistic seasonal strategies to drive the business and help deliver profitable growth for Nike and our major channel partner.
Business Results. Develop/Inform and drive account specific strategic sales plans in support of category and channel growth plans. Cultivate new and existing partner development plans. Lead and drive key processes across forecasting, seasonal initiatives, scenario planning and new sales opportunities.
GTM Process: Own and bring innovation to the seasonal assortment selling process by planning and addressing the needs of the customer, delivering the relevant seasonal stories and utilizing appropriate tools (Plan, create, execute, review, refine).
North America Matrix Management: Develop and foster peer relationships with North American counterparts to ensure category, customer and channel alignment. Establish and maintain strong communication that promotes prosperous business development and execution of mutual business objectives. Work closely with Canada cross-functional leadership to integrate and align on strategic initiatives and goals.
Financial Acumen. Clear understanding of retailer metrics and leveraging these to make proactive business decisions. Understanding and tracking. Ability to leverage Gross 2 Net and make business decisions. Critical understanding of the budgeting process in terms of revenue and EBIT goals along with OPEX management.
Cross Functional. The ability to build cross functional relationship with internal stake holders and build mutually beneficial objectives that are trackable and measurable.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales, business planning, merchandising or marketing fields.
Strong presentation skills
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple projects and be able to effectively prioritize competing priorities and meet required deadlines
Clear understanding of retail math and what drives buyers’ behaviors
Understanding of internal financials as it relates to gross margins, net revenues
History in forecasting product and understanding the importance of demand planning buy deadlines
Ability to work and influence within the Nike matrix.
GEO/Territory/International travel as required
