  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative
  • Order office general supplies
  • Handle a full spectrum of administrative duties to the team
  • Handle invoice, expense as well as miscellaneous reports
  • Assist in coordinating venue management, caterers, contractors and equipment hire
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for office maintenance 
  • Work closely with Supervisor and manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Preferably with Diploma/Certificate in office administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years’ relevant working experience preferably in multinational company
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, independent and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Good command of spoken/written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel)
  • Immediately available is preferred
