Training Captain

Ensure effectiveness of materials and platforms for the territory:
  • Consistently leverage training tools and platforms
  • Execute to standards for processes and programs
  • Provide leadership as a trainer and change leadership champion
  • Provide subject matter expertise to assist field leadership with the introduction and sustainability of training programs
  • Leverage frontline knowledge and experience to assist stores with the implementation of programs and processes

Assist with roll out, implementation and measurement of all training:
  • Pilot new programs for the geography as needed
  • Partner with field leader and delivery manager to ensure effective launch of new programs and tracking training execution
  • Bring field credibility to training and communications
  • Partner with field leader for ongoing training program execution and onboarding
  • Engage with store leaders to promote consistent standards and drive business results for existing and new programs
  • Partner with store leaders and experts to monitor the effectiveness of training and influence improvements by providing direct feedback from the Field
  • Assistant store manager experience or higher and experiences in large size retailers
  • Ability to travel to other stores within Territory and HQ/WHQ
  • Ability to participate in weekly meetings or conference calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to undertake role while maintaining existing responsibilities
