Job Description:
The nature of the work is focused on creating and servicing product demand.     

 Responsible for achieving assigned sales quota by bringing in new and maintaining existing business. Sells products to a defined set of accounts or geographic territory. Contributes to the development of the sales strategy at the account level, to maximize profitability for the company and account.

 Develops and execute strategies with accounts; including semi-annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets. Drives business through accounts by utilizing customer service skills and building strong relationships based upon product/category and marketplace expertise which results in consistent target attainment.

- Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers

- Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures

- Expands conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens skills

Delivering Solutions - Identifies and solves a range of problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions and assesses each using standard procedures

- Responds to non-standard requests from internal and/or external customers; investigates with assistance from others as needed

Impact - Explains information and persuades others in straightforward situations

- Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own priorities and allocation of time to meet deadlines

Resource Management - Is accountable for contribution to project team or subteam

- Is aware of costs and assists in controlling costs related to own work

Brand Protection/Promo - Performs work in support of brand plans; links daily work with company mission; participates ininitiatives, program or products with low visibility

- Ensures actions protect company image and limits risks

- Actions impacting company image require management oversight and are constrained by polices

Required Experience and Skills:

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work

 Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs;

Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs

English level: High
