Scope and Responsibilities:
As Nike Tech Ops infra operation Manager, you will use your broad background on IT service to design, deploy and maintain professional IT services on infrastructure. The services cover business process, infrastructure, digitalization, IT outsourcing, vendor management and people management. Important to the role is the ability to identify, evaluate, and execute IT service requirements and solutions. As a infra operation manager, you should be able to communicate with business stakeholders and 3rd party vendors on IT services. To analysis and continuously optimize service is also a part of your daily key tasks. You will need to work with other IT streams in Nike and counter parts in other countries as a global team.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field;
At least 6 years’ experience in IT operation role and 3 years IT operation manger role
Working understanding of PMI, Agile or other PM methodologies
Solid understanding on ITIL/ITSM methodology
Be able to carry out SLA management and service analysis
Be able to drive and control 3rd party vendor on service delivery with restrict quality control
Ability to be a forward thinker and recommend proactive measures to limit event frequency
Be able to work alone under pressures and tight timeline
Good communication skill on both written and oral English is a MUST
Retail experience is a plus
- Having solid understanding on retail and enterprise infrastructure architecture and having good technical knowledge on OS, DB, VM, Cloud and Network
Coaching and managing the team from both internal Nike and external 3rd party vendors
- Leading teams that provide ongoing IT services. This includes retail ongoing routine service, project support , data center operation support, service outsourcing management, new store/office opening and closing and other ad-hoc related services
Global IT operation experience is a plus
