IRM Operations Manager

As our IRM Operations & Planning Manager for NIKE DE MEXICO, you will enable and drive the Mexico IRM team to deliver stronger and better plans/executions for our consumers. Be the custodian of the IRM Calendar and ensure the IRM team hits all of the key milestones.
Partner with Marketing Ops to drive a Game Plan process in which all gates and dates are clearly understood by the entire IRM team across RB, VP, Nike.com, Wholesale.com and resulting in better Marketing Plans to continue to build the Brand here in Mexico.
Work on key projects as designated by the IRM Director and Brand Planning & Ops Director.
Lead the process of identifying, developing, and implementing changes in the way the team works, to improve efficiencies and make the most out of our resources and people.
Exercise influencing skills when working cross-functionally to ensure IRM strategies and priorities are thought through and being followed. Be the voice to share best practices from Global, the Geo, and other territory teams to help raise the level of our marketing executions.
Intergrate IRM plans for key initiatives to deliver to Geo.
Lead the IBA process.
Adapt, consolidate and update the Retail Concept Map of every season working closely with Brand Ops.
Partner with Category Brand Directors to make sure that the brand campaigns are connected to retail plans, and that brand activations have an effect on Retail.
Supervise the seasonal door alignment
Make sure the IRM team is focusing its resources in CDMX.
Organize and distribute initiative assets sent by the Geo, be the link of communication between Geo IRM Ops and the local team. Share in the weekly meeting last updates on asset delivery.
Budget monitoring, have a general overview of budget and how it is being used. Give a general guidance of what shifts could be done to optimize budget.
Be a channel of communication between sales and brand.
Consolidate a door map holistically that gives visibility on how the seasonal cadence looks like in a channel/initiative level.
Participate in SIM to guide the IRM team on the concept map alignment by channel/category and then do the download to Brand Category Directors.
1-2 Years as a manager in the marketing area, leading x-functional projects.
Leadership – This role acts as the chief of staff to the IRM function and must be able to speak on behalf of the function in meeting and drive the team.
Strategic – This role will be looking across categories to see the big picture, and always focus on the overall brand objectives of the territory, keeping the team from getting distracted and spreading resources thin.
Brand and Business Focus – This role requires working closely with merchandising, sales, finance and other functions, beyond brand in order to ensure brand is aligned with the overall business.
Effective Communicator – This role requires clear, effective and timely two-way communication.
Organized – This role requires someone able to manage lots of information across multiple seasons and projects.
Collaborative – This role will act as a thought partner and sounding board for category and functional leads.
