Hurley Customer Service / Receptionist

Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

A fantastic opportunity currently exists to join the Hurley Australia team as Customer Service/Receptionist; based in Sydney reporting to the Sales Manager, Australasia.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Providing support of the pre and post-sales process
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email in order to resolve issues, facilitating order placements, and answering customer questions
  • Timely processing of customer returns
  • Maintaining office supplies and utilities management
  • Marketing and Retail support

Preference will be given to applicants who have:
  • Strong customer service/logistics/operations experience
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
