  • Lead Nike Greater China retail partner B2B – order capture via Nike platform (Nike.Net) or EDI

  • Create and execute strategic plan and activation roadmaps, aligning with Global and Greater China vision

  • Lead, drive and execute Nike.Net and EDI adopting in Greater China for all retail partners

  • Lead, drive and execute Digital selling initiative (Online storytelling and Assortment presentation) on Nike.Net in Greater China

  • Lead Greater China e-Commerce team on Nike.Net operations (such as account user maintenance, seasonal online selling content release, assortment publishing from Assort//Visual or Planet, Order placing through Order//Futures and Order//Once, Manage Returns and Claims on Nike.Net)

  • Lead and drive Order//Futures evolvement and enhancement to fulfill Greater China needs by working closely with Global Digital GTM team

  • Review global order capture enhancement roadmaps and lead Greater China acceptable testing as needed

  • Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams (Merch, Retail Planning, Account Executive and Customer Operations) to optimize the order capture activities

  • Work closely with Greater China Digital GTM functional teams on seasonal digital assets, category gameplan process and customer sell-in event

  • Master account profile in Nike ERP (SAP) and Connect (Nike account profile system) and work with cross-functional teams to ensure account profile accuracy to foster smooth Nike.Net adopting and operational usage

  • Manage e-Commerce annual budget planning and operational cost

  • Strong business acumen combined with customer and technology savvy

  • Proficient knowledge on MMX, CDM, CQ5l

  • Excellent understanding marketing and operational trends of the e-Commerce industry

  • Experience on sales tool development & deployment

  • Strong process management

  • Solid product understanding & high interest in digital technology

  • Cross-functional leadership & collaboration

  • Open-minded, Embrace changes & Problem solving

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized and Detail oriented

  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of e-Commerce experiences

  • Retail industry experiences preferred
