Mission of the role: The nature of the work is focused on creating and servicing product demand.

Provides support of the pre- or post-sales process and external customers’ needs, not actual selling. Direct interaction with customers or consumers via phone, e-mail and chat in order to resolve issues, facilitate order placement, or answer
questions.


Desired Experience:
Experience in customer service/retail organizations. Quality management experience in a customer service, interactive care, retail or sales environment. Directly related work experience 

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 0-1 years directly relevant work experience.

Strong English.
