Deliver insightful reports to drive business:

-   Generate and release regular reports/analysis/insights to cross-functions

-   Build dashboard and conduct data mining to satisfy specific business needs and support decision making

-   Maintain established reporting capabilities and functionality, while seeking to improve and refine information, insights, and efficiency

-   Stay abreast of the changing nature of the marketplace and strategies to ensure up to date information and insights are provided

Drive reporting automation:

-   Assist in developing integrated reporting platform to cover overall market intelligence

-   Assist in the development and improvement of Business and Retail Planning toolsets to drive automation

Maintain accurate complete database:

-   Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date master data

-   Ensure smooth & timely data collection process

-   Manage partner and vendor relationships to ensure timely attention and action


 

This role will focus on analytics activities that solid business analysis skills and business sense are necessary.  He/she needs to be highly professional and have had sufficient experiences generating business insights and recommendations.  This role will engage in cross-function work/projects where solid communication skills are also required.

- 4+ year of business intelligence or business analysis related experience

- Retail industry is preferred. Significant knowledge of Sporting Goods industry is a plus.




Communication/Language:

-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-   Capable of quickly learning knowledge and understanding business situations/requirements

-   Ability to work independently and cooperatively across functions

-   Strong verbal and writing skills in both Mandarin and English

 

Technical:

-   Solid analytics skills and dashboard building skills

-   Sufficient experiences in working on large volume of data

-   Excel and Access skills are a must, Tableau skill is a plus

-   Experience in market research and/or statistics data modeling is a plus



- 5+ years working experience with a top-class consuming goods company


- 5+ years professional business analysis/market research/statistics data modeling experience


- Strong sports industry/appeal industry business analysis experience will be a plus.


- Experience in BI tools (e.g. Tableau) will be a plus
