Commerce Finance Senior Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Engineering WS revenue growth align with company priorities (Transform marketplace, scale service, drive mutual profitability) through POC management

    • CSR/AOP strategic growth plan set up (by fleet concept, productivity, account), exploring emerging adjacent growth opportunities that POC related

    • In season (quarterly/monthly) retail KPI monitoring and action to close gap

    • By account future prop shipment monitoring and G2N management to deliver target

    • Plan and track in key project profitability with corresponding root cause analysis and action   

  • Drive marketplace resource efficiency

    • Sales Rebate program guardrail setting, program assessment, approval, result validation and payment settlement

    • RE support scheme set up, alignment internally between finance and sales, externally with account, validate and facilitate Contra Rev payment

    • RTV program assessment and approval

  • Partnering with account sales to drive strategic alignment with POC

    • Provide financial data/talking points to facilitate account sales in negotiation with customer

    • Connect with POC finance, educate and elevate partner’s financial planning capability to improve account probability

    • Partner with account team to drive joint business plan with POC

    • Tracking and understanding partner’s profitability both with Nike and competitor, explore actions to improve mutual profitability

  • Degree in Business with focus on Accounting/Finance/Economics

  • 10 year experience in business/finance planning, exposure to Retail/FMCG industry highly preferred with strong analytical skill and strategic thinking

  • Strong communication skill and mature personality

  • Proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint

  • Fluent in Chinese & English
