Social Media & Expert 1:1 Membership Specialist (Contractor)

Description

We are recruiting for Nike consumer service expert (NIKE expert) for our digital platform. This is will report into the Coach (supervisor role). The mission of Nike expert is to deliver a premium consumer experience by demonstrating the expertise to navigate through individual needs and providing a complete solution through Nike products and services to give consumers what they need to connect, train, and compete with the knowledge to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product, drive conversion and enhance the retention performance
  • Build the bond between consumer and brand by providing superior service and adapting brand stories to the retail setting
  • Serve as a product knowledge resource for consumers.  Seek for educational opportunities to develop advanced level or specialized knowledge about promoting products with NIKE culture and sports service techniques
  • Be subject matter experts in Nike policies and procedures supporting the Nike Consumer Services business units

Qualifications 

  • 4 years University/College degree (e.g. Bachelor’s)
  • Strongly sports interest, proficient in one subject of sports or professional athlete or sneakers lover with a plentiful product knowledge in at least one category, such as basketball, running, football, sports wear
  • Work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound computer proficiency
  • Familiar with the online shopping processes and China e-commerce environment  
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
  • Excellent story telling ability and suitable influence on consumer preferred
