SR RETAIL OPERATION ASSISTANT - CONTRACT

Kowloon, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Retail District Director and stores
  • Assist in retail operations such as leasing, payment processing, store opening, renovation and maintenance issues
  • Arrange and prepare necessary logistic documents for office, stores and warehouse
  • Compile reports and store statistics as requested
  • Coordinate team activities and event
  • Ensure smooth retail operations and compile with company standard


Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 3 years working experience, preferably with Retails industry experience
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Pro-active, fast-paced and can work under pressure
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Retail Operation Assistant
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
