Real Estate Manager

As our Real Estate Manager for Nike Mexico - Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), you will lead, develop and drive the strategies and operational processes necessary to successfully grow and expand our owned store fleet throughout all of Mexico.
Responsible for the end-to-end owned store identification, prioritization, negotiation and delivery process. You also will support our partner business in territory in accordance with our Global Partner Management guidelines.
You'll be expected to improve, enhance and elevate the territory’s real estate operational functions specifically in the areas of market mapping/analysis, sales forecasting, lease management and portfolio optimization.
You'll act as a business partner in the territory between the concept leads and wholesale leads in support of an integrated marketplace offense.
You and the Sr. Director will work closely to effectively activate and execute the Geography real estate strategic priorities within the Mexico territory.
Develop marketplace strategies for new store rollouts and existing fleet expansion.
Develop robust market mapping analysis in key cities that outline top trade zones and venues.
Identify target sites in high potential locations.
Build a robust deal flow and new store pipeline.
Drive the creation and processing of site selection and sales forecasting packages.
Review and approve deal economics against market comparable and internal financial models.
Negotiate and finalize letters of intent, lease agreements, amendments, renewals, expansions, closures and related documents.
Develop, manage and drive territory broker relationships.
Partner with Global Lease Administration to ensure compliance on processes, quality control, lease rights and opportunities and timely updating of Nike’s global lease administration software system
Experience in Retail Real Estate program management
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, post graduate degree preferred
Experience in navigating a highly matrixed organization
Experience building relationships and interacting with all levels of leadership with internal and external partners
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong Comprehension, Interpretation and Execution skills
Proven abilities in Outlook, Word and Excel
Fluent in English and Spanish
