Partner Business Lead

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional service to our Partners by developing and maintaining strong relationships with Field Partner personnel
- Effectively lead and manage the partners to achieve sustainable revenue growth

- Contribute to the development of the Partner’s seasonal, annual and long term plans based on an understanding of the Partner’s consumer base.

- Leads the seasonal sell in process with Partners, before, during and after sell-in; execute the go to market process

- Owns reviews of orders, ensuring their quality

- Track performance and profitability of Nike’s NSP business

- Drive Gross to Net performance and sell through by responding to opportunities for replenishment, and driving healthy cancellations and returns

- Track performance and profitability of the Partner’s NSP business through Quarterly reviews with Partners, and co-develop action plans with Partners and cross-functionally to improve performance


- Bachelor’s degree and above

- Excellence in personal communication

- Good English communication skill both verbal and written

- Proficient in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- 3~5 years work experience in Sales/Retail related

- Team player
- Available for domestic travel
- Market knowledge, Sales background, Retail experiences are preferred
