Organization Effectiveness Manager

As an Organization Effectiveness Manager, you'll work on strategic change initiatives, utilizing a systems thinking approach, driving the highest impact / value to the consumer. This may include driving transformational change efforts including activating change activities in line with the needs of the business and intended outcomes.

Experience working on Organization Design and Alignment efforts including designing organization structures and roles and responsibilities.
Proven ability to play a consulting role in large scale organization transformation projects, demonstrating a range of practices within Organization Effectiveness.
Ability to lead Change Leadership efforts, helping stakeholders prepare for change and developing strong Transition Management plans and strategies – focused on the people and behavior side of change.
Proven ability to create transformational change strategies, practical approaches, activities and measures to drive and sustain behavior change and work closely with senior level sponsors and stakeholders.
Experience managing projects and utilizing project management methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to research trends, identify patterns and summarize findings and insights.
Bachelor Degree in Organizational Development or Business; advance degree is preferred.
5- 10+ years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years consulting experiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a diverse team across multiple levels.
Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve problems quickly, efficiently, and collaboratively.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is required for this role.
