Nike Sportswear’s Brand Manager

Lead and execute Nike Sportswear’s seasonal plans in Mexico to drive brand strength, fuel sneaker culture and dominate our connection with consumers in their casual moments, providing strategic input and driving functional excellence.
Provide thought leadership to contribute to the category’s strategy, project management, implementation and evaluation of plans driven through relevant product and consumer insights.
Help to lead and manage close relationships and partnerships with stakeholders within the company to execute plans.
Lead and own culturally influential relationships within the territory to stay current on streetwear and sneaker culture that ladder up to the overall Geo consumer mindsets.
Assess concepts and strategy against consumer insights and the Sportswear category vision to drive and create new consumer experiences that accelerate brand and business growth opportunities.
Drive the initiative development process from planning to execution with integration across marketing functions.
Expand the brand’s understanding of the consumer to apply insights in strategic, planning and execution phases.
Identify and bring forth new business opportunities relating to product, retail, partnerships and experiences.
Own specific cross-functional marketing programs such as events and emerging technology
Maitain a collaborative, highly creative and progressive workstyle.
3+ years of experience in consumer marketing, marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing implementation and events.
Experience developing cross-functional marketing campaigns.
Concrete experience managing complex projects and activations that have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align multiple teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership ability, including motivation of a work group.
Marketing experience targeted to a variety of different consumers with a strong understanding of cultural trends and the competitive marketplace.
Genuine passion and knowledge of sneaker culture, streetwear, Nike brand and the consumer in Mexico City.

Ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving environment.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
