NFS District Manager will be in charge of overall business and people management for Nike Factory Stores.

Division: DTC (Direct to Consumer)
Location: Seoul

Key Job Accountabilities
- Manages employees and sets individual goals that link to departmental priorities. 
- Coaches staff, supports development, makes hiring decisions, and drives .performance management, recognition and rewards.
- Manage, train, and oversee the development of a group of store managers (Head Coaches) Implement and translate strategies/plans established by the region to achieve sales, operations, and organizational goals of customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity
- Maintain records and measures of store and district sales performance; identifies opportunities to leverage resources and maximize results
- Provide accurate information on district and store activities to region
- Develop business strategy for district
- Review store issues to assist with resolution
- Manage portfolio of stores and talent; Execute global strategies; Influence and develop regional business strategy. Provide regional insights and trends to inform regional/global strategies
- Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers
