Hurley Customer Service / Receptionist

A fantastic opportunity currently exists to join the Hurley Australia team as Customer Service/Receptionist; based in Sydney reporting to the Sales Manager, Australasia.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing support of the pre and post-sales process
- Communicating with customers via phone and email in order to resolve issues, facilitating order placements, and answering customer questions
- Timely processing of customer returns
- Maintaining office supplies and utilities management
- Marketing and Retail support
Preference will be given to applicants who have:
- Strong customer service/logistics/operations experience
- Good MS Office skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
