Partner with BP Leader to develop human resource strategies that effectively address business needs. Contribute to the content and execution of the Human Resource Planning process and diversity initiatives.
Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding issues such as job design/success profiles, organizational structure, managing change and team building processes.
Partner with Talent Acquisition in the development of a recruitment strategy which delivers the right candidates with the right skills and at the right time.
Help managers address performance issues through appropriate corrective action, and steps to maintain a positive working environment.
Work in conjunction with the Talent Management group to manage talent via career development paths, succession and development planning.
Help identify and address both macro development needs, and coach high-potential employees on their individual development plans.
Assist in updating/maintaining accurate employee data, produce reports, and analyze data. Partner and negotiate with Nike HR shared services departments to determine best approach to meet department and employee needs.
Provide education to managers regarding compensation philosophy and practices. Implement compensation programs and reward systems that incorporate both individual and team results.
Partner with global mobility/global compensation and the business to ensure a smooth transition of global talent across multiple territories
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in HR BP function
Experience with Talent Planning, Training and Development, and Organizational Development
Ability to be flexible and adapt with change
Strong communication skills
Result driven, able to handle multi-tasks
Fluency in English
