Finance Director – Performance Category

Be the strategic partner of category GM and translate Category/Product strategy into financial goals.
Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to align Category and Marketplace strategies and translate the plans into financial growth and profitability goals and guardrails across CSR, AOP and budget
Drive growth & profitability thru Consumer CODE
Set seasonal growth and profitability targets/guidance aligned to LTFM/CSR
Engage in E2E line planning and track and drive accountability thru CODE to ensure product line and adoption delivers growth and profitability objectives
Work closely with global category and margin planning team to drive alignment on product needs and margin improvement
Partner with Merch on Pricing and Strategy/Analysis
Support in-season management
More than 10 years working experiences with retail/multi-national consumer products company, latest 2~3 years at director level role is preferred
Passion to NIKE products
Business acumen and strategic mindset. A strong business partner.
Strong analytical skills. Ability to provide insights based on financial and non-financial information.
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across distance, to multiple functions, and to different level of management.
Works well in a cross-functional collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
Resilient and confident, unafraid to speak out, but will support decisions once made.
Proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint.
