Key Responsibilities: The AA (Always Available) Director is responsible for incubating and growing the AA replenishment business across key account partners. To always be in-stock at point of sale for products that consumers desire season-in season-out via setting up demand-pull driven responsive fulfillment. Responsible for developing and implementing the strategic and financial plan in close collaboration with cross-functional partners including supply chain planning and logistics, sales, merchandising, and finance. Define the AA product line offering to maintain consumer-driven replenishment assortments for major categories. Oversee forecast-driven demand plan creation within the category game plan timeline, and work closely with supply chain partners to source and deliver the AA products through the Nike supply chain on time for retailers. Engage with the commercial team to sell the value of the AA business to appropriate key accounts, and adjust plans and execution based on sell-through POS trends. Build and oversee a team of marketplace, demand and inventory planners and be responsible for their effective coaching and mentoring. Work closely with the Global Always Available team and partners in other geographies to align on corporate replenishment / responsive business strategy and review plans & results.Qualifications : Minimum 10 years work experience with at least 5 years in operations/supply chain management, business management, strategic planning or financial planning positions Functional retail industry experience in demand planning, inventory management, forecasting and buying preferred. Ability to resolve conflict and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational and problem solving skills Proficient financial skills and knowledge, including ability to optimize resources to create profitability Strong verbal and written communication skills including executive level facilitation and presentations Ability to elevate strategic concerns to senior management in a timely and accurate manner Ability to develop strong working relationships with management and external resources Demonstrated leadership in fostering continuous learning, empowerment, involvement, and opportunities Ability to establish an independent view, effectively collaborate in decision-making, and motivate others Advanced degree in business and/or operations management preferred
