- Organization culture operation
- Develop GC DSM organization culture operation plan to strengthen employee engagement and partnership with HRBP
- Strategize the implementation, operation, and execution of both GC DSM specific and Global DSM related culture initiatives.
- Proactively manage creation of positive workplace environment through internal communications, employee recognition, celebration and other Cultural events.
- Energize or encourage creation and activities of Employee Resource Groups in GC DSM
- Develop & Deliver GC DSM communication strategy and operation plan
- Enable two-way dialogue between Executives and Employees on what matters most.
- Participate in frequent communication with Global DSM communicate team for strategy collaboration and regional feedback.
- Partner closely with stakeholders and business team to develop and implement innovative and engaging communications programs that build on and enhance culture and strategic priorities in GC DSM
