Country Marketing Manager

About the Role:
The role of Country Marketing Manager (CMM) provides the leadership for the entire country marketing team in Thailand and is the delegated spoke person representing the NIKE brand in the country.
The CMM is ultimately responsible for developing the consumer-centric marketing strategy and delivering the premium and distinctive execution for the country to ensure the leading positioning for the brand. The CMM is the expert of the country consumer insights, competitive landscape and youth trend. By closely partnering with the SEA&I regional team in Singapore, the CMM, together with the Thailand marketing team will develop robust campaign initiatives that brings NIKE’s inspiration, innovation and enablement to the Thai consumers. The CMM is the also a key stakeholder in the country business team who will be partnering with the country commercial team to ensure an integrated and consistent go to market execution.
Roles and responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Provide leadership to the entire country marketing team. Be responsible for growing, coaching, developing the team.
- Develop strategic marketing plans in partnership with the Singapore-based territory team.
- Deliver premium, seamless, integrated and consumer-centric marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Be a strong partner with the country commercial team to be responsible for the sustainable growth of the Thailand business.
- Managing external marketing partners and vendors.
- Managing country marketing budget and team travel budget.
Requirement for this position include -
- 5-10 years of working experience in marketing and consumer goods.
- Strong connectivity to the consumer insights and trend.
- Solid leadership experience in managing key stakeholders and a team.
- Ability to understand and navigate through the complex matrix structure.
- Extensive marketing event execution experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Out of the box thinking and the ability to disrupt the status quo.
