Job Accountabilities:

·         Optimize Nike product sell thru as well as continuously improve Nike stores’ productivity with your assigned trade zones

·         Assist the Marketplace Management Manager to deliver clear segmentation by doors and keep acumen to approach new opportunities of distribution, meanwhile, partnering with the Strategic Account team and MPT team to adopt and execute assortment by door level, with RBP team to build retail end excellence

·         Ensure timely shipment delivery, retail release and launch information and in-store supply capacity

Focus on driving sell thru and retail excellence, and collect marketplace intelligence information and consumer insights to feed back to your Managers

Job Qualifications:

·         Experience in field sales, retail management, buying or merchandising, sales business planning or analysis

·         Multi-national company background is preferred

·         Know and understand Nike product line and knowledge

·         Passion towards sports

·         Strong communication skill

·         Retail operation and merchandising knowledge

·         Strong execution capability

·         Strong knowledge of the athletic industry and trends in the marketplace

·         Understanding of the competitive market, customers and retail trends

·         Ability to use financial data to persuade and influence people to take desired action

·         Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentation

·         Strong proficiency with Microsoft office applications
