Key Accountabilities:

In-season inventory management for GC

  • Upload and track allocation/replenishment order in SAP

    Work with cross category allocation team for allocation/replenishment order loading and tracking with outbound team for order follow.

  • Check inventory status

    Check SKU’s inventory status in SAP and follow up with allocation team.

Future-season booking order management for STORE & DIGITAL

  • Align with cross function for future booking target

  • Handle all future booking order in SAP and tracking/control the overall data within target

  • Maintain booking order in SAP

  • Tracking coverage and readiness for both store and DC

  • Monthly/Seasonal inventory review

    Handle inline & digital DC inventory review process, and do SAP inventory release base on allocation’s request.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years’ retail or operation experience and inventory management experience.

  • Strong communication skills, including facilitation and presentations.

  • Ability to clearly articulate goals and objective.

  • Strong time management and organization skills.

  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.

  • Ability to network, influence, and utilize internal and external resources.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint is preferred.

  • Ability of SAP is preferred.
